Implementation
SBI employs a practitioner oriented approach in working with financial institutions to roll out, revamp, expand and further develop specific products, services and programs. Our team of consultants in any implementation mandate will include bankers and will draw upon the banking experience of SBI, fostering an immediate and realistic assessment of the targeted issues. Strategy & Transaction Advisory Services SBI recognizes the need of many financial institutions to have a trusted and informed external advisor to assist in the further development of the institution, by way of organic growth, acquisition, new market entry, capital expansion and the like. SBI offers a broad range of informed advisory services within our core industry sectors of small business finance, microfinance and housing finance. And because we are implementers, SBI cares about the post-transaction situation and is prepared to continue to work with the financial institution beyond the delivery of the strategic plan or the closing of the deal.
